This tool is used to wrap the Win32 app so that it can then be uploaded to Intune. Download the Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool from GitHub - Microsoft-Win32-Content-Prep-Tool.intunewin file you will create, which is needed to deploy Win32 apps (example folder name: Intunewin destination).
Make sure there are no other files in this folder.
